Today we took a bit of a field trip.  Tanya had to be in the Highland Park area anyway, so we coordinated with fellow bicycle advocate and enthusiast, Alice Strong, to visit her friends at The Bike Oven.  Our goal was to get a sense of how they ran the business and maybe some ideas [...]
